Crevan executes the full software development lifecycle, creating well-designed and testable code. He develops specifications, assesses operational feasibility, and troubleshoots and upgrades ASEI and Chanak software systems.

Digital Marketing Lead
Habib designs and shares content across TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. He manages the CRM, works with the client success team to keep it up to date, and presents key Google Analytics data at the start and end of every sprint.

Sabira develops and publishes content on both ASEI and Chanak websites, creates customer-centric audio-visual marketing content, and works with the software engineer to design, install, and test the product’s UI and features.

Viscount guides new school clients through setting up the Chanak Edtech product and ensures smooth adoption. He serves as the liaison between educators and ASEI/Chanak, and builds trust with school leaders to understand their needs and goals.

Student Success Manager
Nyanzi acts as the primary point of contact for learners from onboarding through lesson completion. He conducts 1:1 and group learner support sessions and identifies and addresses learning or engagement challenges early with practical solutions.
